Mary Ball

My educational background includes master’s degrees in Experimental Psychology and Counseling Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I am a licensed psychologist in the State of Ohio, and prior to joining Therapeutic Associates of Medina, I primarily worked on college campuses.

I meet with adolescents and adults, providing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. As a psychologist, I believe in a supportive and collaborative therapy relationship, and hope to provide a safe and nurturing place to facilitate the process of increased self-understanding, personal growth, and healing. I believe that important elements of therapy relationships include facilitating our inherent capacity for growth, respecting individual differences, honoring the influence of cultural factors, and encouraging personal empowerment.

In addition to my time at Therapeutic Associates, I am a part-time instructor in the Graduate School at John Carroll University.
